Ref: BELL-XL-MAG This simple wireless alert system is designed to inform the business or home owners to the presence of a visitor (when a door is opened), with an impressive transmission range between the door contacts and receiver of 80 metres (line of sight).
Very simple to install, attach the battery powered wireless contacts to a door (or window) using the double sided adhesive tape (supplied), attach the magnet to the door or window frame using double sided tape and 2 screws, the batteries will last about one year.
The wireless receiver plugs into a 13-amp wall socket and can be used desk or wall mounted, it can be turned to chime, bleep, off or even alarm mode (for out of hours) if required.
Also used to monitor entry into unauthorised locations (i.e. stock rooms, warehouses, offices). This 4-channel wireless alert system is very versatile and can aslo double up as an intruder, water leakage & temperature alarm system.
The receiver also has the option to fit 4 x AAA batteries into it, which allows it to be used throughout powercuts or for short periods (1 -2 hours) out of reach from the 13-amp wall socket (perhaps at the rear of the business loading vehicles or counting stock).
