We are happy to deliver goods to your work addresses or take a neighbours address as a second delivery option.

Returns Policy


Wireless Transmission:
If you purchase any wireless product from Ultra Secure Ltd, we guarantee that if your building or surroundings prevents the system to function normally, we will give you a full refund provided the goods are returned within 30 days and in new condition.
Please do not paint any goods as this will invalidate the goods manufacturers warranty.

All goods must be returned in their original packing and undamaged; security posts must not be fitted.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply notify us by e-mail or phone and return it to us together with the receipt or proof of purchase and the reason for the return.
Actual shipping charges & credit card charges paid by us will be deducted from the purchase price, unless the return is due to our error or a faulty item. The following terms must be met by you:
  • Return the merchandise to us within 30 days of your receipt or proof of purchase.
  • The products must be returned in new, resalable condition.
  • Packaging materials must not be torn or damaged.
  • All manuals and warranty registration cards must be unmarked.
  • You must pay any return shipping expense.


Any non compliance to the above terms and conditions may incurr a restocking charge.

Our 30-day money-back guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.

Warranty:
Ultra Secure Ltd are committed to selling high-quality products, all supplied with a full one years manufactures warranty, any faulty products returned within one year from the date of purchase will be repaired (or replaced should the repair not be possible).

For orders that are returned because our customer has changed their mind, a very moderate handling charge would be applicable to cover our credit card & postal charges.
Please allow 14 days for the refund, but this is normally done sooner.

Shortages found in orders must be reported in writing within 7 days of receiving the goods.
