Ref: FT4.This system includes a 'Battery Operated Pet Tolerant PIR, a built in wireless transmitter which sends a signal back to a receiver which can be up to 900 metres away. The PIR has 2 beams, one near the ground and one a metre or so higher, both of these beams need to be broken at the same time to get an activation, ideal for locations where there are a lot of small animals around that could give false alarms using normal detectors.
When the alarm is activated, the receiver which is plugged into a standard 13-amp wall socket will chime and activate a 12v DC output and up to 4 dry relays. This receiver can simply be used as a stand alone chime unit, or used to activate sirens, lights, diallers etc.
You can use as many additional detectors as you want to grouping them into the four different channels which each make a different tune and trigger a different relay. The additional detectors can be any type from this range including Outdoor PIR's, Vehicle Probes, Indoor PIR's, Gate Switches, Rubber Hoses, Push Buttons, Security Mats, Door Contacts, Temperature Sensors, Water Sensors, please feel free to ask for advice.
Each detector can be individually set to work with any of the four channels.
