Ref: R-D GSM PIR Kit This stand alone GSM Alarm System has a built in PIR and Wireless Door Contact, a very useful security system for protecting small buildings, holiday homes & boats.
Powered by a 12v DC transformer, so it could be connected to a battery circuit.
It can be armed and disarmed by Remote Control & Text Messages, it will text and call up to 5 different telephone numbers, you can also monitor the location remotely by telephone.
The system is programmed by sending it relevant text messages.
We have tested this system and it works well as a basic GSM Intruder Alarm, we have not proceeded with this model because of the following reasons and have chosen another model from the same supplier for future products (but this does mean we will be able to supply additional wireless remote controls or door contacts in the future).
The reasons this alarm was not chosen are:
1) No power failure text message.
2) No back up battery.
Sold as Seen & Described!!Find this model advertised for the UK at any reputable internet dealer for less... and we will beat that price!
