Popular for situations where you don't want anything on the floor at times of no use (shop fronts, children or elderly people walking past, etc) or drives & entrances that have a ridge/slope which makes the ground clearance to small for vehicles.

Removable 'Parking Posts' are very popular with our customers who have low ground clearance on their drive or car park, perhaps due to the fact there is a slight hill or uneven surface.
Some customers have low ground clearance because they have sports cars etc.
Our Removable Posts/Bollard are locked into the upright position and fully removed when not in use.
The Removable Posts/Bollard are mounted into spigots that are fixed into the ground, when they are not being used they are fully removed. The spigot has a steel lid that fully covers the hole leaving it safe for cars and people.
Ideal for protecting your car parking allocation, when security is not the main facus.
We wouldn't recommend these type of posts for security applications.

Removable Posts:
These parking posts/bollards are locked into the upright position when being used, and then fully removed and stored inside a garage, shed, car boot etc when not being used, these are also generally easy to fit. The biggest benifits are that when they are not in use, most types leave nothing at all on the floor, which prevents children and elderely people falling over them or a very low sports car doesn't catch the underneath when driving over, the down side is that the post has to be stored when not in use.

What Removable Parking Post Suits Me !!
What Type Of Base!!
1) Spigot Base, these are small steel spigots approximately 300mm in length, they are very simple and secure to install, simply dig a hole about 300mm cube, drop the post in and back fill using cement or post mix. The spigots have a hinged lid on them, so when not in use they are flush to the ground. These are the most popular.
2) We do one other type of removable post (KCP & KCPS), when these are removed they can be locked flat into a holder on the ground, the down side is that you have a lump of steel on the floor when they are not being used.

Can We Install The Posts Ourselves!!
There are two types of installation when installing parking posts:
1) Bolt Down, this method is simply fixing the post onto your concrete floor using four suitable bolts & plugs, provided you have a drill, drill piece and suitable bolts this can be done very easily.(this is only for product KCP).
2) Short Spigot: this most normal type of base for a removable post has a small spigot of approximately 300mm in length, it requires a small hloe to be dug in the ground of about 300mm cube, then backfilled with cement, if you have the tools to dig this small hole and the means to mix cement or (post mix) it is an easy job to do.
