A: All of our detectors are powered by battery or solar panels, so no power is required.
Q: We live in a rural area with a lot of animals around, how can we avoid there ?
A: Most of our beam detectors can be placed at a height to avoid small animals such as foxes, rabbits etc. In locations of large animals such as deer we have detectors that will only be triggered by moving steel (cars, bikes etc) or gates being opened.
Q: Are the systems easy to install, or do we need to employ a tradesperson ?
A: All of our systems are easy to install and can be fitted by people with basic DIY knowledge, we are also on the end of the telephone to help.
Q: We do not have a telephone extension at the location of the receivers, does this mean we cannot be contacted by telephone ?
A: We supply a wide range of GSM Alarm Dialers that use a standard mobile phone sim card, provided you have a mobile phone signal at the location of the receiver we can supply you a system that will contact you and keyholders by text message and telephone callls.
Q: We live in a building that has very thick stone walls, will a system work in this type of application ?
