GSM Wireless Smoke Alarm has an impressive
150 metre Range (line of sight) between the Smoke Detectors and Receiver, and a GSM Receiver that will communicate to keyholders using mobile phone technology when activated, ideal for remote locations with no telephone lines such as stable blocks, storage rooms, barns etc.
Sorry Currently Unavailable !!The GSM Receiver will send text messages to three keyholders and a further three telephone calls to three telephone numbers when activated at the same time as triggering a loud plug in siren (siren optional) using a pay as you go or contract sim card (not supplied).
Multiple Battery Powered Smoke Detectors can be used with each system or a selection of internal & external intruder alarm detectors & external solar siren, this Receiver will also notify the first key holder of a mains power failure and again when the power is restored.
We also can offer plug in or solar powered repeaters to increase the range of the wireless transmission to 500 metres (line of sight).

Please remember you need a sim card (contract or pay as you go) with a good mobile phone signal in the location you would wish to install the receiver.
The GSM Receiver will always react to a signal from a smoke detector
even when disarmed, if intruder detectors are added to the system they will only be active when the system is armed.
Very simple to program and use by using the built in keypad or by sending the system a series of text messages.

The simple method of setting the system up from new is as follows:
1) Insert Valid Sim Card.
2) Mount or Desk Mount System.
3) Plus in the supplied transformer into a standard UK 13amp wall socket.
4) Turn the On/Off switch on.
5) Program the system using the built in keypad or by sending it a series of text messages (keypad is easiest).
6) Press the learn button on the rear of the receiver until a beep is heard.
7) Activate a chosen detector.
8) Repeat operation 6 & 7 for each detector.
9) Test by setting the alarm and activating.
The Wireless Smoke Detector is powered by a standard 9v PP3 Battery which will last a good year in normal applications (dependant on activations) which can be increased by five to six times using one of our Lithium Batteries (although as with any smoke alarm, you should constantly check the system ).
