Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit card payment on line or over the telephone.

For customers who would rather not pay on line we can accept the following payment options :

Cheque : Please send a cheque, made out to Ultra Secure Limited, for the total ammount including VAT. Postal address is Ultra Secure Limited, 15 Ryehill Court, Lodge Farm I/E, New Duston, Northampton, NN5 7EU. Please clearly state the goods required and your delivery address.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Shipping And Handling

We only deliver to mainland UK, deliveries are normally between Monday 8am - Friday 5.30pm, all goods received must be signed for.

It is the responsibility of the customer to make sure they have given the correct delivery address, and that delivery can be made by the courier.

For deliveries outside the mainland UK please contact us by telephone or email to discuss shipping rates.

Delivery Schedule

We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 2 - 4 business days.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be contacted with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges

All orders are for the UK only and therefore are liable to 17.5% VAT.

Credit Card Security

When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Return Policy
You may cancel your order by giving us notice of cancellation within 14 days of the date of collection or delivery.
Such notice may be given by contacting us first. If you are cancelling because of any problem with the goods, please notify us of the problem at the time of cancellation. On cancellation, you must return the goods to us at your costs.

All goods must be returned in there original packing and undamaged, security posts must not be fitted. Ultra Secure Limited reserve the right to charge a standard 15% handling charge on goods returned because they where ordered wrongly, no longer needed, sale/buying of house fell through or deemed unsuitable after sale and delivery. Please remember after your order is processed we are charged 4% of the transaction amount by the bank, your order has to be prepared and delivered too all costing time and money.

Wireless Transmission:
If you purchase any wireless product from Ultra Secure Ltd, we guarantee that if your building or surroundings prevents the system to function normally, we will give you a full refund provided the goods are returned within 14 days and in new condition.

All goods are subject to the manufacturers warranty: the length of warranty is clearly dislayed within the web site of all products

Radio transmitting range:
The transmitting ranges of the products listed, asume ideal conditions (i.e.)an unobstructed signal path between transmitter and receiver. Obstructions such as trees and buildings can in some cases reduce effective range by as much as 50% depending on the nature of the obstruction. If you require advice please contact us.
