The system has a built in mobile phone that needs charging approximately every 2 - 4 weeks (depending on the number of activations). It requires a SIM Card (pay as you go or contract) with a good signal at the location of the Alarm System.
This GSM Alarm system has a simple ON/OFF switch which gives you a 40 second exit & entry delay, when activated it will call a selected single telephone number.
FAQ: What happens when it rings you ?
We advise to save the telephone number of the fitted SIM Card into your mobile phone, when it calls you will see the location that the call is coming from, when you clear down from the excepted call the system will reset to ON.
The Dakota WMT PIR Detector (passive infrared) has an impressive 20 metre detection range and uses a narrow beam that can detect people & cars but avoid small ground animals.
The beam is a single ended beam and requires nothing facing it making it very quick and easy to install.
The built in mobile phone needs a SIM Card (not supplied) and re-charging approximately every 2 - 4 weeks (dependant on the amount of activations).
