Solar Panel Kits.
Remote Location Solar Powered Security Systems
Remote locations with NO Telephone Lines and quite often NO Mains Power Supply are very often prone to burglary, vandalism & worse and by their nature very difficult to protect.
Due to constant requests over the last few months we are working on a Solar Panel & Battery System designed to operate a full range of Security Products for our customers.
Solar Panel Kits
The parameters for our Solar Panel Kits that our customers have challenged us with are:
1) Must be Affordable.
2) Must be Easy to Install.
3) Must have adequate power to operate security systems to suit most Security Systems.
Our Solar Kits will be able to operate GSM Alarms, Smoke Detection and CCTV systems when available.
We are able to offer Solar Panel kits including Regulator, Adjustable Mounting Bracket, Cable & Batteries or as individual parts to suit any customers unique requirements.
If you have any questions, please contact us for Friendly No Obligation Advice.
Solar Panel Types
Different Types Of Solar Panels:
Monocrystal Solar Panels:
Monocrystalline panels use crystalline silicon produced in a large sheet which has been cut to the size of the panel, thus making one large single cell. Metal strips are laid over the entire cell and act as a conductor that captures electrons. Mono panels are slightly more efficient than Polycrystalline panels but the don't usually cost more than Poly Panels.
Polycrystal Solar Panels:
Polycrystalline panels use a bunch of small cells put together instead of one large cell. Poly panels are slightly less efficient than mono panels. They are also claimed to be cheaper to manufacturer than mono panels although we have noticed them to be very similarly priced.
Conclusion:
The best choice for powering your home are going to be Mono or Polycrstal panels. Their higher efficiency and greater durability make them the best option.
If prices are real close, and they should be, monocrystal panels would be our first choice. However, they both are going to get the job done, and do it well!
