 How the Security Consultation WorksWe have a seperate room put aside for giving our customers Private Security Advice or to simply demostrate a particular product that they feel may be of use to them.
We like to keep it very simple, our customers will normally give us a brief overview of the property and problems they are either experiencing, or trying to prevent. We will normally make sketches on the large wall mounted white board to help us understand the situations, some customers will bring photos of their property (especially useful if we are discussing Church roofs).
Once we understand the situation we will normally offer some solutions including pricing, to ensure we are going in the right direction for our customers. If the direction needs to be changed due to budgets or other reasons then we can look at the problems from a new direction.
If we feel we can not help given the problems described, we will be honest and tell you this.
Once we have given you our best advice, you are welcome to have time on your own to decide on what you want to do, some customers will go away to consider the options and then order a few days later either personally, by telephone or on line. A lot of customers will actually make a purchase at this point where our technicians will prepare the goods as fast as possible, doing as much as possible, to reduce the work involved in the installation.
Delivery of Goods:
All standard orders are despatched within 48 hours, with the vast majority being despatched the same day (Monday - Friday) via next day courier service. Special orders that require a standard system being adapted by us are normally despatched within 48 hours.
Collection:
Our customers are more than welcome to order and pay for the goods, and then have them collected at an agreed time from this address:
