Wireless Alarm System

Wireless Alarm System

It is a fact that 95% of Home Burglaries happen to houses that do not have a working Intruder Alarm with a percentage of the remaining 5% happening due to leaving doors and windows wide open etc.
This versatile wireless alarm system is suitable for all the type of locations that you store your push bikes in, such as sheds, garages & work shops.
It allows you to use a mixture of the wireless detectors ranging from PIR's, Magnetic Door & Window Contacts, Window Vibration Sensors, Garage Door Tilt Switches, Water Detectors, Temperature Monitors, Wireless Plug Sockets, External Wireless Sirens, Wireless Gate Kits & Emergency Alarm Auto-Dialers to suit your individual application.

Some of our customers purchase a basic system, and then slowly add to the system over the coming months.

You can also add additional remote controls which not only make it easy to arm and disarm the system but it gives you a Wireless Panic Button, this gives you the ability to trigger the sirens remotely.

Some Typical Examples Of Some XL Wireless Alarm Systems.

Some Typical Examples Of Some XL Wireless Alarm Systems.

A typical example of a working XL system protecting a push bike in a small shed would be as follows:
Example 1:
1) A Control Panel inside a room in the house (utility for example).
2) A PIR (set to channel 4) outside the shed.
3) A Magnetic Door Contact on the shed door.
4) A Vibration sensor on the shed window.
5) A Siren plugged into a socket inside the shed, but mounted on the outside wall of the shed.
6) A Remote Control.

Our customer would get a simple alert (beep, beep) if someone approaches the shed, at this point the owner could press the red button on the remote control to trigger all the sirens before they have even touched the shed, or if they attempt to open the door or window the Sirens would be activated.

Example 2:
1) A Control Panel inside the garage.
2) A PIR (set to channel 4) outside the garage.
3) A PIR inside the garage.
4) A Magnetic Door Contact on the shed door.
5) A Tilt Switch on the up and over door.
6) A Siren plugged into a socket inside the garage, but mounted on the outside.
7) A Remote Control.

Our customer would get a simple alert (beep, beep) if someone approaches the shed, at this point the owner could press the red button on the remote control to trigger all the sirens before they have even touched the shed, or if they attempt to open the door or window the Sirens would be activated.

Example 3:
1) A Control Panel inside a room in the house (utility for example).
2) A PIR (set to channel 4) outside the shed.
3) Water Sensors fitted inside the utility room (under sink) and in bathroom.
4) A Magnetic Door Contact on the shed door.
5) A Vibration sensor on the shed window.
6) A Siren plugged into a socket inside the shed, but mounted on the outside wall of the shed.
7) A Remote Control.

Our customer would get a simple alert (beep, beep) if someone approaches the shed, at this point the owner could press the red button on the remote control to trigger all the sirens before they have even touched the shed, or if they attempt to open the door or window the Sirens would be activated. You would also get a siren if you have a water leak from the utility or bathroom.

Example 4:
1) A Control Panel inside the garage.
2) A Telephone Auto-Dialer fitted inside the house (within 40 metres ideally)
3) A PIR (set to channel 4) outside the garage.
4) A PIR inside the garage.
5) A Magnetic Door Contact on the shed door.
6) A Tilt Switch on the up and over door.
7) A Siren plugged into a socket inside the garage, but mounted on the outside.
8) A Remote Control.

Our customer would get a simple alert (beep, beep) if someone approaches the shed, at this point the owner could press the red button on the remote control to trigger all the sirens before they have even touched the shed, or if they attempt to open the door or window the Sirens would be activated. As soon as the Sirens are activated the Auto-Dialer will call up to nine pre-programmed numbers with up to 5 pre-recorded messages.

Choosing the correct system !!
XL-Wireless Alarm System
Ultra Secure Ltd XL Wireless Alarm System is a very reliable & affordable alarm/alert system that is perfect for securing sheds, garages, and small outbuildings.

Detectors !!
Q) Choose if you want any PIR's working outside the shed or garage ?
A) The XL-EPIR is designed to be used outside and needs to be mounted either at a height of 2 - 4 meters looking down towards the ground (but you would catch cats & foxes in this position), or at a height of 1 metre from the ground aiming straight across the ground (this method allows you to miss cats and foxes on the ground), if you set these PIR's onto the Alert Channel (channel 4) on this system you will only get a beep beep (no sirens).
You can choose to program them into the Alert & Alarm Channels (channel 1,2 & 3) should you want to.

Q) Choose what Detectors you need inside the Shed & Garage ?
A) You can use a mixture of wireless detectors choosing from:
PIR's.
Magnetic Door Contacts.
Vibration Sensors.
Tilt Switch detecotrs.
Water Leak Sensors.
Temperature Sensors.

You can use up to 4 detectors on each of the 4 channels on the XL Alarm System.

Receivers!!
Q) After you have chosen the correct quantity and mixture of detector you need to decide what do you want to happen when the alarm is triggered ?.
A) You can choose to have a chime/bleep or 100 Db siren coming from the receiver, dependant on which channel has been activated, and what type of detector has been triggered.

A) You can mount the Receiver (and built in siren) inside the shed/garage or inside the house (if the house is close enough).

A) You can add as many additional Wireless triggered Sirens to the system, these need to be plugged into a 13-amp socket but are triggered by a wireless signal from the XL Alarm panel, these can be mounted inside or outside the shed/garage or on a totally different building.

A) You can add a wireless wall socket receiver (Intel-Switch) which can turn lights and Radios on for 3 minutes when a detector transmits a signal, a great option for adding onto an external PIR.

A) You could trigger a dialer which could be located inside the house which would call selected telephone numbers when triggered. These dialers need to be plugged into a phone extension but are triggered from the XL Control panel by a wireless signal making it very easy to install.
