XL Wireless Alarm System P, which includes a compact 4-channel Receiver (with built in 100 decibel siren), 2 x Wireless PIR's & 2 x Wireless Magnetic Door & Window Contacts, 1 x Remote Control & a unique Wireless Telephone Auto-Dialler.

This comprehesive alarm package can be used to help protect a wide range of building, but still be made bigger to suit individual requirements.

The unique Wireless Auto-Dialler will contact up to 9 key-holders with your own pre-recorded messages if the alarm is activated, different messages can be recorded for intruder activation & panic button activation allowing the receiver of the call to be more aware of the nature of the emergency. The Dialler is connected into a standard telephone socket (inside the building) and powered by a plug in transformer, but triggered by a wireless signal from the Wireless XL Alarm Receiver, this allows you to easily install the dialler near to a telephone socket (without having to connect it to the alarm receiver with troublesome cables).

The Remote Control can be used to Arm & Disarm the Alarm from up to 60 metres away, and also has a built in large red panic button that can be used for Security or Medical emergencies.

Battery powered internal Wireless PIR's (passive infra-red detectors) will detect a person from up to 13 metres away and transmit a wireless signal back to the XL Wireless Alarm Control Panel up to 80 metres away. The PIR's are supplied with a simple adjustable wall bracket and are best installed into a corner of a room, ideally visible from an outside window (acts as a visual deterrent).

Wireless Magnetic Contact's are used to protect vulnerable Doors & Windows, the battery powered sensors would be attached the the Door/Window & Frame (using double sided tape supplied). When the Door or Window is opened, a signal will be transmitted back the XL Alarm Receiver.   

Up to 16 Wireless Alarm Detectors can be used with an XL Wireless Alarm Receiver, they can be used to create both a full alarm condition or simple audible alert (depending on the chosen mode of operation).

The xl auto-dialer has the following 5 recordable messages which allows you to record relevant messages:
1 x 9 second primary message (will always be heard)
1 x 5 second channel 1 message (for detectors working on channel 1, this message will be heard by the receiving telephones after the primary message).
1 x 5 second channel 2 message (for detectors working on channel 2, this message will be heard by the receiving telephones after the primary message).
1 x 5 second channel 3 message (for detectors working on channel 3, this message will be heard by the receiving telephones after the primary message).
1 x 5 second Emergency Channel message (for panic button activation, this message will be heard by the receiving telephones after the primary message).
Channel 4 will not activate the dialer as it is only an alert channel.

The Auto-Dialer can be programmed to call each telephone number between 1 - 3 times, when the telephone call is received the owner can decide to:
1) Press # (this will stop the dialer calling this number again during this activation).
2) Press the four digit security code (this will stop the dialer calling any other number during this activation).
3) Listen and shut the call down (the dialer will continue to contact all other numbers and repeat process).

Listed below are just a few typical examples of how this XL Wireless Alarm System may be used, there are many other variations that can be chosen:

• All of the system installed inside a home or business premises, if the alarm is activated by an intruder or the panic button on the remote control (security or medical emergency) the Receiver will activate the built in Siren & Auto-Dialer. The Auto-Dialer willl call up to 9 key-holders with your own personal pre-recorded message.
• 1 x PIR installed outside the home, set to the alert zone (channel 4), the rest of the Alarm System installed inside the home, if the PIR detects movement outside, the Receiver will give a low audible and visual indicator to the home owner, but will not trigger the Siren or Auto-Dialer. If the other detectors located inside the house are activated the Siren & Auto-Dialer will be activated.
• This system used as a base kit, to build a far more comprehensive alarm system, adding additional Wireless PIR's, Magnetic Contacts, Vibration Sensors, Sirens, Tilt Switches, Remote Controls, Auto-Dialers etc.
