Coronavirus Update 8th April 2020

Ultra Secure are following all relevant UK Government advice to protect our Staff & Customers through the current Coronavirus emergency, as from 17th March 2020 we have closed our Consultation Room (until further notice) and stopped order collection from our Northampton warehouses.

Following the Full Lockdown announced on the 23rd March, we have now arranged for the majority of Staff to work from home.

Service:

This may impact on the speed of delivery on some orders, we have also removed the option of choosing next day delivery on the website (although you can still contact us to ask if this is possible with your order), we will do our utmost to get your orders to you as fast as possible.

Our Telephone service will be manned 9am to 4pm Monday to Friday, emails will be fully supported. 

We still hold our normal large stock of products and are still giving our Customers our before & after Sales Advice & Support. 

As more Staff are working remotely from Home (following government advice), please remain patient if you are awaiting a call back.

We are confident we can continue with a good service during these challenging times, please order as normal but if you do have any doubts or questions before ordering please Contact Us, if the situation changes we will inform you.
